My sinuses is affecting me more than it usually does but idk what's triggering it

I have to breathe through my mouth for now the nostril air isn't enough

I hope u feel better soon. My sinuses are dreadful at the mo too. I have a nasty cough....which in turn triggers my asthma..im worn out simy trying to breathe!

Do you takes medication for it?

@RubySoo no I don't and I've had it for as long as I can remember. I went to the doctor once when it got me sick and I got pills when I took em the sinus would go away but when I stop it came back

@Prettybrat ive suffered with mine since i was a teen.
I had a sinus scrape to remove pollups about 10 years ago. Ive been much better since. But this cold is a bad one.

I don't know but cut out dairy for a while and don't use any perfumes etc anything chemical like.

@Prettybrat Hmm yeah peanuts affect our whole auto immune system even if we're not massively allergic to them. Just cut out dairy for a few weeks, you'll soon see if that's the culprit or not..and peanut butter.
