Why are some people mean?

I am a quiet person I stay inside a lot of the times when I was in high school I really didn't have friends to be honest with you I don't want any. I feel like some people that have been mean to people all their life need help. Yes, I am quiet and yes I do love keeping to myself it's nothing wrong that. I just want people to stop talking about me I really don't know how to talk without crying I been like that all my life!

im insecure about my face and i have buckteeth and when i was in High school and earlier years i always had great grades i also was in Special ed, i keep to myself now and i just want to be alone. I had some of the people i went to school said i wasnt going to amount to anything but I am trying my best to prove them wrong.

I hope one day you stop giving people so much power over your life. You buy the mean words they say...internalize them...believe them. Those people don't matter to your life. There are plenty of people out there who will accept you as is. You just don't believe that so you hide.
