Does anybody know how to lift through a rib injury? Can I keep going and just suck it up or am I doing more damage?

Take good care of yourself [b]now[/b], and please allow this to heal the right way without rushing it, and you’ll be glad you did. It will pay off in the long run. You’re not going to die for those few weeks you [b]must[/b] use to heal. [b]No shortcuts.[/b] If you don’t, you could pay again later, down the road. It’s not worth it. If you can be so strict and disciplined with the gym training, there’s no reason why you can’t eat right and not gain weight, as you fear, while you give your body the special care it’s screaming for.
