Does anybody know how to lift through a rib injury? Can I keep going and just suck it up or am I doing more damage?

Please do not lift at this time. You’ll just do more damage. This is really rough for you right now. I know. I’ve had broken ribs three different times. I’m so sorry you have this now. To heal a lot quicker, take extra Vitamin D-3 [u]every day[/u]. Do not miss.
