Does anybody know how to lift through a rib injury? Can I keep going and just suck it up or am I doing more damage?

@Lemony1199 I rested the bar on my chest while doing bench presses. I had fallen at work two years ago and seriously injured it but walked it off. But it was like three months before I could breathe without it hurting, so I really don't want to risk that again.

@Lemony1199 No, I don't think it's serious. I was just hoping maybe someone new how to work around it. I think I can still do squats and leg stuff.

There’s not one thing they can do for you at ER except give you pain medicine. They don’t wrap them anymore, you just suffer through and it’s no fun sitting there for at least four hours in intensive pain, before your attended. It’s really miserable. @Lemony1199
