This is where how he handles the situation comes into play for me. In the sense of how secure he can make me feel with him.
If he makes me feel insecure, I cannot be in this relationship because I don't like feeling that way.

It doesn't matter what the other people do. What matters is how your significant other handles the attention. That's what will tell you where you stand...not the behavior of those outside your relationship.

My first husband was, and basically I would just ignore it because he would make damn sure they knew he was with me. If they persisted, which some did, I’d roll my eyes and laugh, and tell them they were embarrassing themselves and to please stop.
