Am I the only one or..

Does anyone else feel tired after they get done crying. Like tired to the point when you shut your eyes your would fall asleep. That’s how it is for me and I wonder why

I used to cry like that long ago. I no longer do. I removed the cause of my tears. I became free. Because the tears cleanse you. That is why you become exhausted. Then you can begin again.
