Am I the only one or..

I used to cry like that long ago. I no longer do. I removed the cause of my tears. I became free. Because the tears cleanse you. That is why you become exhausted. Then you can begin again.

I suppose it depends on the reason that you cry. For me I have been feeling energized and passionate after I cry. The reasons that I have cried the last few times were because I recognized something harmful in my life, and was accepting its existence. After I cried it was like my expression of the situation through tears allowed me to mentally put the problem behind me and give me the motivation to do something about it.

Crying takes a lot out of a person. You tend to be exhausted after that.

Sometimes my eyes swell up so badly I cant see in the morning.

It's the stress, it does take it out of you

I guess it’s cathartic

My eyes glue up too hate that feeling in the morning 😵
