In elementary school, did they send the girls to the nurses office or some room to check for spine problems?

I'm 41. In 4th or 5th grade around the time girls were starting to develop, they made us take our shirts off and bend over to check our back out. I was a little embarrassed because it was right before I started wearing a bra. I remember one girl crying out of humiliation. Is this something they still do in schools?

HAHAHAHA nurses at schools? No, that doesn't exist here. And even if it did, they wouldn't care enough to do check- ups, they'd only send students if it was urgent lol.

@Deeperminds it's good on some aspects, at least I'm grateful for my luck, I could live in a country who has war, so I was lucky enough. I'm happy here. But I think organization is lacking, and I really love organization. Also I wish that there was less corruption and much more maturity. But after all I feel like home here, so that's what matters I guess :)
