How many hours a day are you standing up?

Do you consider it exercise? Sometimes at work I'm constantly on my feet moving about but other times, im standing in the same spot. It seems so far that standing in the same spot takes more of a toll than being in motion. I don't get it.

@xLily it's this horrid thing that sometimes my job requires for hour on end. I don't recommend it.
