How to deal with rude people in general especially coworkers ?

@Groofydorkgerdo Yes, good manners is a response that makes them look like asses, to everyone else, if not to themselves. For some, it just goes over their heads, because their rudeness is so ingrained that they don't even recognize it as such. But some feel properly chastised and they hate it.
