Anyone else have that creepy neighbour

That your parents love so whenever they need "a strong young lad like yourself" to do something you get sent down the street but theyre far too touchy feely for your liking.

Just got the dreaded "ms. Xyz, needs your help moving something, head down in a bit and help her" 😬🙄

I speak to no one, and only acknowledge my neighbors by a wave or head nod.
I do not borrow or lend anything,
I never buy their children's candy, cookies, or anything else to "support the school".
