Ever dread something you know you need

Got a physio appointment tomorrow, know i need it but damn is it painful and awkward

Yeah, I've been waiting on injections in my back but now that I have the first one scheduled I'm kind of scared. Not enough to back out but scared. I hear they're very painful.
