will a heroin user ever normal as he was before after quitting the it???

i recently discovered that my brother does heroin.. he acts weird, has no job, no college and when i talk with him he talks as if everything is fine.. my mom has been crying her eyes out since learning it.. he won't talk anyone in the family now... is it possible for him to be normal if he goes into rehab???

Yes, although like any addiction it can be difficult for a lot of people to stay clean, especially if their friends all use it. Heroin doesn't cause any permanent damage in itself.
