Just because some people believe that chemtrails are proof of a conspiracy (among OECD multinationals to wipe out 95% of the human population on Earth) doesn't mean that such a conspiracy exists.
For it to be a conspiracy, there would have to be proof of meetings and agreements.

@UndeadPrivateer In the 1940's the University of Rochester and the Strong Memorial hospital injected patients with plutonium and uranium as part if their various treatments to conduct government experiments with radiarion as part of the Manhatten project. The patients had no knowledge of the experiments and it was completely legal yet I and many would say the government, University, and hospital conspired together to experiment against the will and best interest of the patients involved.
