@greenmountaingal Legality does not matter. It is still a conspiracy to manipulate society against its will and knowledge.

@UndeadPrivateer In the 1940's the University of Rochester and the Strong Memorial hospital injected patients with plutonium and uranium as part if their various treatments to conduct government experiments with radiarion as part of the Manhatten project. The patients had no knowledge of the experiments and it was completely legal yet I and many would say the government, University, and hospital conspired together to experiment against the will and best interest of the patients involved.
