I can only think of one thing to say in response to your post....WHY? Why can't you water your plants if they are sitting on their porch?

@TheSacredOne That makes sense. I feel a bit self-conscious when someone is watching my every move, and I hate it when they stare. I have found though that even though some people do watch me whenever I'm outside doing something, they really aren't watching as much as I think they are (most of it is in my own mind).
