What is your main motivation to push yourself while at the gym?
For me, I like the warrior sword fights. I download specific scenes from movies and compline swords fights. The sound of warriors roaring gives me that extra push. Thai movies are the best, the sound effects is premium quality, especially clips from movies during the siege of Autthaya. Another favourite is scenes from The Viking.
