I think I can translate: "I want to give you money from my bank, AT&T, so you don't have to hack anyone's account that could get you in trouble with the law, since it's viewed as a felony. That way you can afford a trip to South Carolina and maybe eat at Denny's. I'd also like to help you with your car insurance."
