Am I deluded?

I'm not ugly but I'm no Miss Universe. Beside the women in my family, some would say I'm the least beautiful. However, I do not feel this, I don't think they're more beautiful than me.

I never look at another woman and wish to look like her or wish to have what she have. I enjoy challenges , be it striving to reach goals I've set or breaking norms within the perimeter of family tradition.

I've had 2 relationships, one lasted 3 years and the other 7 years. When both relationship ended, I completely moved on without looking back, no missing them or wishing to see them. Once I set a target, I move ahead and never look back. Life is so full of wonderful surprises, but our fear of change holds us back.

Ive been told on many occasions by cousins. At 28 years old, it's probably silly to post about looks but a conversation that arise between myself and a female cousin led me to asking this question.

She pride herself in being the most beautiful female in our family. In a brief conversation, we exchange unpleasant words and I told her that her looks attracts certain type but in no way she's more beautiful than me. That's where delusion came into it.

Apparently, according to her, I am a robot with no feelings and lack warmth because I do not give ex boyfriends chances to find closure after the break up.

I had an aunt that had similar characteristics like yourself. She had similar issues, she ended marrying this handsome Kenyan man. Now she’s the most happiest person in my family. They’re like two peas in a pod. Maybe you need to find an African king to warm you up.
