that Beloop ! sound is definitely coming from my computer , not from the speakers either and i took out that little solenoid speaker and switched off

my system still that sound is there , i pull the power plug out and yep it still there WTF ! i ran everything too ADW Cleaner , windows defender , win mrt malicious software detector and nothing wtf is it ?

Did you try running a Bio diagnosis?

Usually when one boots up the PC. There is a small opening that allows you to press a certain button that gives you access to the BIO settings.

I don't know what motherboard you have so from that part on. Its all on you to explore it and find the tool section.
