Would you agree that free speech as a right is free, if your speech falls within the accepted limits if the majority?

The second anybody deviates from praising: multiculturalism, socialism, liberalism, or any of the other apparently sacred topics, you lose your right to free speech. We need a lot more of :"I disagree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it.

How about people who say unacceptable things out of emotion, but don't really believe the things they say?

@Random1Thoughts It is true. Personally, I find the lines between acceptable and unacceptable too strict. To the detriment of us all.
