How controlling is /were your parents?

It was sooo embarrassing, but I was so unhappy at home. I wanted out, even at that age.

Certainly she is on her own now, the parents need to let go. They had 18 years to groom her.

@ImDone I didn't use self harm to torture anyone. I kept it as secret as possible.

@ImDone I almost died. From what that said I had 30 minutes until my heart would have stopped. No one knew I was even suicidal. My parents leaving me alone after that was their decision.

@ImDone Well my Mother left my father for an even more worse asshole when I was 13, and I could see it at the time, but my mother couldn't. She just wanted out, even if she had to loose her kids. She lost me temporarily. I took the least of the assholes to live with. Two years later all my brothers were back. My Mom was on her own with that even worse asshole. She found a good man the third time.
