What the difference between wisdom and knowledge?

I feel like wisdom is an accumulation of knowledge and experience and involves a certain degree of foresight. Edit: wisdom is the application of knowledge

Knowledge is what is learned and gained through experience or education.
Wisdom is knowing [i]how[/i] (the best way) to use the knowledge.

P.S. And wisdom doesn't just come with age or experience either, imo. If that were true every older person would be wise. It's a gift not all have..
