No that's not normal, you are sick. Drink lots of fluids, get some rest, maybe consider a trip to urgent care. A cool shower might help bring the fever down.

No, 104 means you need to take a fever reduction. If it stays that way for too long you need to go to the doctor. 105 you can start having brain damage if you let it sit.
