Those are also the colors of many many other flags around the world, not just the USA. I don’t see the problem with it.

If the bikini is made to look like the American flag, I still think it is your right to wear it. But keep in mind there’s usually a jerk almost anywhere who might decide your bikini is somehow going to threaten his freedom...so be prepared for jerkery.

I certainly do think it’s your privilege to wear any colors you choose. The red-white-and-blue is my flag but the US doesn’t have a copyright on the colors.
