What third world country would you like to help and what is the cause?

Any country that is in dire need of clean and accessible water.

Well, obviously Syria because, you know...
But outside of that I'd like to help North Korea. The vast majority of those people have NO freaking idea what the rest of the world is like. I think as soon as their eyes are opened, and they understand they've been fed lies by dictators, they'll rise up and control their own destinies.
