Sort of... There was some name a "friend" of mine started calling me, or more accurately calling out to my other friends when I would approach. Not sure if I was meant to hear it or not but I ended up only being mildly annoyed by it. The lack of creativity kinda made it more sad and pathetic. Although that name ended up being printed as my nickname in my yearbook. That pissed me off. A lot. And my parents. I ended up getting apologies from everyone involved, the school, the guy in question, the guy in charge of the yearbook, etc. Doesn't bug me too much anymore. I went on to get a better level of friends after high school.

Some rich kids called me the N word once and threw water and food on me. One of them got his skull bust open and rest ran away with their tail between their legs. Beside that no one messed with me. I come from the hood and it has taught me something good.

We had a 5th grade teacher that bullied kids and my sister was afraid to go to school. My mama went down to the school and all of her bullying stopped. I don't know what was said but my mom called her out.

From day 1 to schools end. Home life wasn't much better either.

Absolutely. And to this day I hate bullies in a way that is visceral. 😡
