Has anyone ever told you that you snore? If so, it could be sleep apnea or something else keeping you from resting properly. Food or alcohol too soon before bedtime can do it too. I've struggled with sleep issues for years and these are the things my docs always tell me to look out for.

Why not just once after you've eaten pretty good go buy 1 of those Walmart at the checkout energy drinks. Just a idea. If so read up on Google on what one safe n won't be to much energy
