well ask him to "Please stop " or go see his parents and see will they get him to stop ,,if its my kid I would make him stop .
But if it was my kids and you did not come see me ,and you just knocked him off his bike

None of my neighbors teach their dogs to stop barking none stop
So at night ,I have taught them for them
But I do try to talk to them first
And I am ready for whatever may come
I am not a coward ,,I go talk to my neighbors man to man
usually that works best

Agreed. Bicycle bells serve no use but to be annoying. I mean like a car is really.going to hear it before they hit you.
