How would you tell someone to get help for seeing helicopters and gremlins?

My dad says that he keeps seeing a black helicopter outside his bedroom window. Then he is convinced that little goblins are following him home from work and sneaking around outside the house.

So obv. he needs help but I'm not sure how to bring it up. 🤔
