If people want to know they just need to look at Alaska really and the numerous self regulating communities there.

@MethDozer Alaska is a huge welfare state. Alaskans receive subsidies from oil and federal treaty obligations mean Native Alaskans receive billions in Aid.

@Arzawa Dividends are not welfare by any means. Oil should he forced to pay them for using public land to profit from their pipelines. Comparing dividends to welfare is beyond retarded, oil is by no means a victim for having to pay the people to rent the peoples public land. Which is what it really is.

Besides I'm talking more the isolated chosen communities there.
