What do you think when female coworkers cry at work?

I usually have to fight to not cry too. 😬

I think she needs to go home

Poorthing is probably hurting.i wish i could take it away.

I feel bad for them. It happened to me once and I was mortified.

Depends on the situation. In 33 years I cried three times, all when I received news someone had died. One of those occasions it was my own husband and child.
But if someone’s crying out of something like frustration, they should probably go home.

I always ask if they are ok and if they want to talk about it. Of course, I do that for anyone, not just female co-workers. Though, female co-workers are easier to do that with.

I’m a poor person to ask about this. As a musician tears can almost be part of the performance. I haven’t had a regular job since high school days.

It sort of reminds me of what happened in the Chinese communist overthrow.

Bad position to be in. That becomes a personal issue. You could be being baited into drama that could end your career. I no longer get involved on that level.
