Time

Why does the past feel so far away, the present feels like it's going on forever, and the future feels like it won't exist for a long time?

@randomgirl42 It speeds up the older you get !
Einstein was right ! Time is relative !
The older you get the quicker it goes !!

I feel similarly, except when I am busy with projects my present seems to run too fast, hours going away in a blink. This, and when I am having a too good of a time. I wish I could turn back time or buy some more.

because you're young

@reflectingmonkey does time still feel this way as a person gets older?
reflectingmonkey · 51-55, M
@randomgirl42 when you get older, the past feels like yesterday, the present passes at an incredible speed and a year goes by in a flash, its freaking scary. but a good thing is, when you are waiting for something it comes really fast. ex: if I tell you that in one year something really cool is gonna happen, like a trip somewhere, it will feel to you as insanely far where as for me, i'll yawn for a moment and BOOM its here.
1) Trust me, it isn’t.
2) That changes at about 25.
3) This will be the past in the blink of an eye.
Cherish your youth and make the most of it.
