Since crops take forever to grow how did people in olden times eat?

@Addictedtoglamour Yes but thats pretty quick. The food you get from the store takes close to the same ammount of time still, it isnt just instant. You grow diffrent foods all year long stock up on what you can, preserve foods to last though months that things dont grow.

You do realize it still is the same process today as back then right?

@Kazuya69 but now we can get food shipped from all over the world which is better for everyone

@Addictedtoglamour is it? You might be amazed how many farmers are paid by the government to actually burn their own crops or plow them under to help control supply and demand and raise food prices. We can ship food all over the world yet so many places are still starving to death because not its controlled by the rich. We have all this food and power yet we cant even feed the people in our own country.. humm what does that say?
