What are the signs of a panic attack?

I woke up feeling suffocating and difficulty to breathe. Doctor Googles diagnosis is “panic attack.”

It’s probably a little different for everybody but in my experience it felt like a heart attack without the actual heart attack.

@Grassisnotgreenerontheothersid It really is. Our mind can really lead us down rabbit holes we shouldn’t be led down. Learning to control what we give power to helps greatly in reducing such moments of terror.
