I think western culture is the “yang”

While eastern culture is the “yin” when speaking of the Tao of major current human cultures.

Perhaps we should find ways to see life through both lenses at once

That sounds logical for the sake of peace and co-operation.
On the other hand where would African culture fit into that Yin/Yang. Maybe it could be the black circle that surrounds the whole thing ?
