No, not really. I just think it's always worth it to be in the best shape possible, but I didn't know a lot about that at 16. Nobody really teaches you about how exercise and nutrition really work :/.
And even more importantly, books can open doors. I don't have a ton of time to read anymore, but I definitely did when I was in high school, and I just wasted that time.
