Do you talk to yourself?

I talk to myself a lot. I usually rerun situations that I've recently encountered. I also love to scold myself and occasionally scream to the heavens for mercy... I think it helps me sort out my thoughts, but sometimes I catch myself doing it unintentionally which makes me feel kind of looney.

Yeah. I've spent my whole life by myself so I mutter & mumble shit to myself... Gotta stop doing it before I get caught by someone, it's weird as fuck but I don't know I'm doing it until I realise...its so normal to me. I've read that it's good for the brain to process thoughts out loud

Sure I talk to myself. I even answer myself. ;)

I have a very rich and deep dialogue with myself, part of the package of being an introvert :)

I curse when I stub my toe. Does that count?

Of course, that way I get quality advice.
