I just learned something truly strange about my mother.

She can't wear wrist watches: they always stop. Stop ticking, that is.
She's tried so many watches but they all simply stop working. Anyone else have or hear of this??

I have a friend who works as a lineman for an electricity provider and watches do the same thing when he wears them. It has to do with exposure to all that high voltage power.
