I dunno, but I'm sure that it might involve people from other countries making a lot of baseless accusations based on their perception of a few idiots that have more publicity than the rest of the populace. They then develop feelings of hatred and jealously from their own inadequacies, and formulated from their ignorance of most of the population. However. the same could be said about any nationality from people who let their envy and xenophobia get the better of them.
