I'm with Tminus6453...animal cruelty. Our fur persons need our protection and love. I want laws changed for much more restrictive measures for offenders.

The hypocrisy of nation states who put self-interest before morals while claiming otherwise.

People who are easily offended and those who willingly choose belief over fact.

Aggressive, intentional ignorance can usually offend me.

bijouxbroussard i guess i just dont understand how something happening to someone else could possible offend another person. it can make them angry or annoyed but why would it offend them?
my question was very straight forward and people started answering with things that happen to others. it just doesnt make sense.

rageandhate I know this may sound a little pathetic but I work in an operating theatre as a clinical support worker and I wear a name badge with my name and role on it and I get called a porter no disrespect to them but i find it ignorant when I hear this as my role is clear to see

bijouxbroussard ok i know i used the work offend and i know the deffinition of it and i get that people just answered what they thought the question was. i can understand how people can take the question but the question ii what offends you as in what happens to you that offends you, not what happens to others that offends you.

Based upon the definition of the word, I guess I understand it completely. Something doesn't have to happen to me personally for me to take it personally. That's a concept one either relates to or doesn't.

@rageandhate: You didn't ask, "What is offensive ?" but "What offends [i][b]you[/b][/i] ?"

So, by definition, they're things we don't like, that might not be offensive to everyone.
