Through exercise you can certainly tone and improve body composition, but your body has a set point theory. You are designed with an ideal weight and body type and your body prefers homeostasis. When you try to change that is a struggle. My suggestion is to be healthy with exercise and nutrition, but accept yourself as you are and embrace your natural body type.

@BeautiyRose96 It can be very difficult and many people struggle with body image. I hope you are able to find what you need either through fitness or someone you trust who can help you see yourself from a more positive perspective.
