Green tea is said to have more anti-oxidants, which is believed to be a healthy thing. Black tea is higher in caffeine, which is good for the soul! 😊

That would depend upon how you view it. Most Nurses are caffeine addicts. Nurses save lives and promote health and well being in others. And they cannot do their job effectively without their caffeine. 🤷@amrit19901990
