The middle of your back should feel the least amount of pain considering that the portion of the somatosensory cortex for its sensations is considerably smaller than any other part of your body.

@Cow1919 Well, I am certainly glad to hear that you aren't depressed. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is, and I won't pry any further. I hope that you get it resolved in a healthy manner.
