Why do people hate rich people ?
Not everyone obviously but you get what I'm putting down .

Much of it is jealousy and envy.
More rational reasons are because a lot of "self-made" people exploited and abused others to get to where they are and a lot of "inherited wealth" people do not understand how hard the work that the poor do actually is.
At the end of the day it comes down to the value of people. The wealthy are often viewed as overvaluing themselves and undervaluing others. Sometimes it is right, sometimes it is wrong. Just like every other group of people, people are people and the thing about people is that they are all different.
