I think somewhere along the way people lost sight of the truth. They began breaking away and created their own versions.
If you learn about other religions you will find similarities. I think we can find bits of truth in each of these but not entirely. That is why I feel it is important not to rely solely on religion.
We must come to know some things on our own. Not all mysteries are revealed at once.

@midnightrose yes all religions have same views.but people have different ways to follow god

@amrit19901990 Yep that is where you have to decide what is truth and what is simply tradition. Traditions can change, truth does not.
