why do so many different religions exit in world if god is one?

I think somewhere along the way people lost sight of the truth. They began breaking away and created their own versions.

If you learn about other religions you will find similarities. I think we can find bits of truth in each of these but not entirely. That is why I feel it is important not to rely solely on religion.

We must come to know some things on our own. Not all mysteries are revealed at once.

Interpreting the nature of God with a human mind is a vastly difficult undertaking.

"God" is interpreted in various ways throughout the world.

Fiction is alway sectioned and elaborated on over time , and then configured to suit the greed of individuals , to exploit the vulnerable

People want power. People don't get along and splinter off. Tradition and dogma. Human nature basically.

God did not create the religions. Humans did, often under the influence of Satan. Hence why we have so many strange religions around.

Everyone has their own idea of God

People make their own religion, God has nothing to do with it.

People have different explanations for human existence and various interpretations for what life itself means, worldwide. Some cultures don’t accept monotheism, so one god isn’t even the basis for a consensus.
