Why do men ask so many questions?

i don't think it's gender specific by any means. however i do know exactly what you mean. the people who rather than taking time to actually know someone want the whole thing up front as though you should trust a stranger you might not have even decided whether or not you want to continue corresponding with such personal details. it's all very intrusive ..

some general questions make perfect sense to ask. but people have a way of demanding a plethora of info from another person, and hardly offering any themselves, or giving vague answers but expecting the life story from you in great detail. it can be or seem a bit selfish. let me figure out whether i even click with you as a person/friend before you start trying to find out my blood type.
