Do some rich people act all snobby?

I have a foster cousin that is a billionaire but we never go see her. My foster parents told us the reason we never go see her or want us to meet her is because she is a huge snob. She thinks she is too good to visit or see family and she has changed for the worse. I've never seen her and I personally don't want to but I wanna try.

I go to a school full of trust fund kids. And I can just say that it really depends on how the parents raise them, if they are young. But chances are, if you got a snobby parent, you got a snobby kid. But a lot of them are also very humbled and incredibly nice. But then again, a lot of them are just entitled little brats.
